English Country Dance Costumes

I am an artist in my other life (www.printinsights.com), retired from many years in a University setting.  One of my passions is English Country Dance, which I came to as an off-shoot from my enjoyment of Contra Dance.  I discovered that ECD was much easier on the body, and once I had attended a ball, I was hooked!  I delight in making costumes appropriate to the various periods of the dance, and concentrate at the moment on the Regency period, although I have made one 18th century gown. as well as three gowns for 1860.
